In some cases, DigiProfits collects Personal Information on behalf of third-party businesses (“Clients”) as part of providing lead generation, marketing, or technology services.

Where Personal Information is collected through landing pages, forms, or advertisements promoting a Client’s products or services, that information is collected for the primary purpose of enabling the relevant Client to contact you regarding your enquiry.

In these circumstances, DigiProfits acts as a service provider and may disclose the Personal Information to the relevant Client.

Clients are responsible for how they handle, store, and use Personal Information once it has been disclosed to them.

DigiProfits will not charge any fee for your access request but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.

It is an important to us that your Personal Information is up to date.
